The Community Notice Board is the Districts’ official online location for Board meeting notices, agendas, and other community announcements. In accordance with Sections 24-6-402(2)(c)(I) and 32-1-903, C.R.S., the Boards of Directors have adopted a resolution authorizing public meeting notices and agenda information to be posted at twinbuttesmetrodistrict.org at least 24 hours before each meeting.

If an emergency or unexpected circumstance—such as a power outage or internet service interruption—prevents the public from accessing the notice online, the meeting notice and agenda will instead be posted at least 24 hours before the meeting on the front door of the Twin Buttes of Durango office, located at 690 Twin Buttes Avenue, Durango, Colorado. This location serves as the Districts’ official backup posting place in accordance with Section 24-6-402(2)(c)(III), C.R.S.
